Yoga Videos

Yoga for strength building and stretching is a basic component for any dance practice. These ten videos are all around 5-10 minutes long. I chose them for the warming up and stretching aspect, but several of them I think are specifically beneficial for the dancer.

Definitely make sure you warm up adequately before continuing on into any other the other dance videos!

All videos are by Esther Ekhart- Yogatic’s Channel. I think she’s a wonderful teacher with very high quality video instruction.

Don’t forget to use that tool bar along the bottom of the video screen! Click on the square icon on the left of where it says “YouTube”. That opens up all ten videos.
