Guided Meditation Videos

These short 3-5 minute videos are perfect for centering and focusing your intention to approach your dance practice as a sacred cultivation of divine feminine energy.

A brief guided meditation before warming up and dancing is such a little thing, but it really sets the tone, and has a powerful cumulative effect.

Always let videos load completely before starting. While there are some nice visuals, I suggest you close your eyes. You can do these visualizations standing or seated.

Make sure to use that tool bar along the bottom of the video screen! Click on the square icon on the left of where it says “YouTube”. That opens up all four videos.
