Hi! My name’s Jason and I have a friend who is a burlesque dancer in NYC. She makes most of her own outfits and I owe her a gift. Can anyone point me to the best store in the city that sells materials to make costumes (specifically for burlesque). If they do gift certificates, even better! Thanks in advance and rock on!
